Bayern Munich crushed VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga on Sunday, securing their first win since the start of the season. The Bavarian giants scored three goals in total, with forward Kevin De Bruyne netting twice and Thomas Müller scoring once.

In the opening period, Bayern dominated possession but failed to find the back of the net. However, in the second half, they began to build momentum and create chances. In the 49th minute, De Bruyne broke free from Bochum's defense and found himself one-on-one with goalkeeper Philipp Grätzsch. He calmly slotted the ball past the German international to give Bayern a lead.

Müller added another goal in the 65th minute, finishing off a beautiful counter-attack from the left flank. The Belgian midfielder took advantage of a loose pass from Marco Reus and struck the ball into the back of the net.

Finally, in the 82nd minute, De Bruyne made it 3-0 for Bayern. He received the ball on the right wing and played a perfect through-ball to Son Heung-min, who then finished off the move with a stunning shot into the top corner.

Sané and Musiala also contributed to the victory. The former Arsenal striker scored his first Bundesliga goal in the 57th minute, while the young Austrian winger put in a strong performance throughout the match.

VfL Bochum, meanwhile, struggled to keep up with Bayern's pace and were outplayed throughout the game. They had two shots on target, but neither came close to finding the back of the net.

The result was a huge boost for Bayern Munich, who now have five wins in six matches and are looking to extend their winning streak as they continue their campaign to secure the title. They will next face Hoffenheim on Monday in the second leg of their Champions League group stage tie.
